Eating high fat low carb. Doing minimal exercise. Following Bulletproof diet and Primal blueprint. It's funny how people exercise so much and then continue to eat same diet. They are just treading water, and never getting results you are looking for. Getting in shape is 80% diet and little to do with exercise. Basically doing this routine every day. 2 days a week I Add extra time to planks and more reps to push ups. After workout do 50 squats and 2 sets of pull-ups. One day a week do bicycle sprints.
