A good friend of mine tried low carb high fat. She had a hard time with it. Someone got her into advocare 24 day challenge. I'm usually opposed to this way, but results don't lie. Most people find low carb high fat too scary or hard. So my new approach would be to start them on a 24 day challenge. They like to see vitamins and powders with testimonials. Then after some results teach them primalblueprint correct way to eat and exercise. So check these products.
