Currently I am mentoring 2 people. They are both coworkers and I have them following the Bulletproof diet. Auggie is doing it longer and Lou just basically started. Auggie listens to everything I tell him and he is doing great. He went from 218 lbs to abount 190 lbs in a month and a half. Lou is just getting the diet down. I hope he keeps it up. He will make a major transformation if he continues.
